If you are not already a member, you can subscribe on the Jifeline support site. This site gives you, as a partner, more insight in things like:
- connecting your J-ReX
- creating tickets
- managing users
- troubleshooting
Customers portal
Go to customers.obd.help and create a ticket for your J-ReX connector (or a virtual J-ReX connector).







Partner dashboard
Once you have created a ticket, this ticket needs to be "joined" by an operator that runs the remote diagnostic support desk.
When you are developing, you probably want to pick up this ticket yourself.
