Create ticket using the customer portal

Go to the customer portal customers.obd.help and create a ticket for your J-ReX connector (or a virtual J-ReX connector).

Make sure that your J-ReX connector is on-line and linked to your account. Once logged in on the customer portal, you will be able to select your J-ReX connector. Then start creating a ticket like shown in the following steps.
